Greenlight Nationals preview

This weekend, the Greenlight Nationals will take place at Santa Pod Raceway from 17th-18th August with 193 entries. In the car classes,

7.60 Heads Up supported by Eurodragster.com sponsors Jeff and Belinda Bull, has a field of seven cars with Belinda Bull racing the S10 truck, Kevin Perkins with Soul Man and John Sleath with his 2002 S10 pickup plus 4 more great racers competing.

Greenlight Pro has three cars with another Eurodragster.com sponsor and Pro Mod Alan Robinson with his NGK Anger Management Camero, alongside Simon Barlow with his Ford Fordson and Harry Gibson with Another Small Fortune dragster.

Sportsman ET sponsored by Hutchinson and Dibley with the largest class of the event with 33 cars, the class has current leader Gary Lake with his Pontiac Trans Am "Arabian Knight", Sophie Evans enters her debut event in Sportsman ET with her BMW. 25th European Dragster winner Clive Dandrigde with his GMC C15 truck, Darren Huxley with his Nissan 180SX and Richard Palmer with the Family Cat Jaguar XKR plus many more.

Wild Bunch supported by Springbridge Direct brings you 3 car field with Peter Brown with his "Rebel" Slingshot Dragster, Bob Hawkins and "Time Traveller II" Slingshot Dragster and Robert Morgan with the "B'Sting" Topolino Comp Altered.

Quantum Leap Racing VW Sportsman has another large field with 25 cars, Jon Crawford with his Golf, Danny Bean and the "Vag Yard Lupo", Andy Cooper with his Skoda VRS, Nigel Gregson and "Golfy McGolf Face" Golf GTI and many more fanastic racers.

Pro Race Engineering VW Pro has 13 cars, European FWD top man and VWDRC Chairman Luke Stevenson and his VW Golf, James Gould with VR6 Altered, Abi Tether with her Golf R and many more.

Outlaw Flat Four has 4 car field with Darren Shephard, Mark Eltringham, Jonny Marriage and Simon Gough all competing to take the win for this event.

Big Bracket has 18 cars with Tethys and Grumpy, Matthew Dowdy in the Nova, Victor Parsons with his Plymouth Belverdre, Rouven Dawson and COPO Camero, Jonny McClure in his Willis 33 and Joe Kellett and his HRC Dragster. Many more competing.
